Change and transformation are inevitable. However it's the intensity and pace that is accelerating, not just in our workplaces, but also on a personal and globally level.

Establishing a workplace wellbeing redesign requires a considered approach to ignite and retain a purposeful workforce that is future fit and responsive to ongoing change.

Our approach includes a four step method to understand the multi dimensional factors that influence workplace health and safety. This includes understanding the culture, workload, organisational structures, systems and leadership capabilities.

We are there to support any or all of the stages to see your strategy move into actionable change and transformation with employees.


Discovery

We partner with organisations to understand business requirements and the why. Discovery sessions are a cross collaboration of key internal stakeholders to define the type of framework required. This will include an analysis of current demographics, employee data sets, reports and employee surveys to define the business need and vision to  move forward. Once we have the vision we can start to plan out the specific pillars required to support the workforce and organisation as a whole. This may include specific leader wellness capability to support their own mental health and the wellbeing of their teams. It may include targeted programs, workshops and training to impart wellbeing and mental health education and tools. The planning phase will deliver the roadmap for implementation.

This phase will implement the plan according to the roadmap with the key sponsor leading this change alongside the senior leadership teams. As each pillar of work is implemented this will be measured as a continuum to constantly inform improvements required.

The review phase is partially undertaken in stage 3 and completed in stage 4. These 4 stages are an ongoing cycle of continuous improvement according to the evolving needs of the business and dynamics of the workforce.
