The Sitting Yoga sessions are 30 minutes in duration and offer a moment to re-connect back to your body and build conscious presence. Focus is brought to the quality of your movements to support the body to surrender and let go of nervous and physical tension, stress and excessive mental activity.

The sessions will provide a reference point of how the body feels when there is a level of surrender, stillness and /or settlement. This provides a vital marker after each session to take this quality and connection into your evening or day (depending on your timezone).

Classes are suitable for all age groups as they are conducted sitting in a chair. The sessions are presented every Wednesday at 6pm (AEST), and can be joined from any location in the world.
